Ms. Shriner has over 9 years of experience in the implementation, and management of environmental regulatory compliance, environmental project planning, health and safety programs. She previously worked for Atlantic Richfield Co. (ARCO) in California, where she was responsible for environmental and health and safety issues for refineries, distribution terminals and service stations in the West Coast.
