N. Perez-Steffy
CEO/General Manager
Mrs. Perez-Steffy has an extensive background in marketing and communications, with an emphasis on community relations. She is the CEO/General Manager and majority stockholder of PCR Environmental, and is responsible for overall administrative, and managerial support of PCRs projects in Micronesia, including business development, marketing, and contract negotiations.
Mrs. Perez-Steffy's academic background is in Communications with a particular emphasis in Marketing and Public Relations. She was previously employed at Guam's largest local Bank where her responsibilities included designing marketing research, developing all advertising and marketing media, managing community relations/customer service programs, and coordinating and implementing new product development. Mrs. Perez-Steffy's most recent professional experience includes developing an extensive Public Participation Program for the Federal Aviation Regulation Part 150 Process, which included advertising media and web site design and the coordination of community and technical advisory groups, community meetings, and public hearings. She also recently coordinated a Seafood Consumption Survey to assess the risk of PCB exposure to the residents of three local villages for the U.S. Navy.
Born and raised on Guam, Mrs. Perez-Steffy has a keen sensitivity to the local culture and has developed numerous, invaluable contacts with the local business community and media.
