professionals for our Guam office. You will participate in
environmental projects that involve field studies, report preparation,
and interaction with coworkers and subcontractors. Most positions require field/office work as dictated by project demands
and will also include environmental sampling events and report preparation
as well as interpretation of field and laboratory data. Major duties include ability to: Implement environmental field sampling plans Perform groundwater, surface water, soil and air sampling Supervise subsurface site characterizations including drilling,

Airport Authority, joint PCR Environmental, Inc. today as Senior Project
Engineer. John has over 9 years experience in environmental matters, contract

Typhoon Pongsona hit Guam on Sunday December 8, 2002, with winds up to 180
miles per hour. The destructive winds, in conjunction with a gasoline shortage
caused by a fire at the Exxon-Mobil Cabras Fuel Storage Facility, have caused
the island's economy to come to a virtual standstill. PCR Environmental's
offices will open again on Monday December 16th, provided our 10 KWh diesel
generator holds out for that long. November

Administration's (SBA) 8(a) BD Program" and as a Small Disadvantaged
Business (SDB) in the Federal Government's SDB Program! "We are excited

We
are proud to report that the Guam International Airport Authority's (GIAA's)
Noise Exposure Maps (NEMs) and Noise Compatability
Program, prepared under contract by PCR Environmental, Inc., have been "accepted" by
the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA). The public comment period will end
on July 18, 2003, and the FAA formal review will end no later than November
15, 2003.
PCR
Environmental, Inc. today
became a minority- and woman-owned small business through the buy-out of
James L. Canto's shares of the company
and taking over the helm of the corporation by Tara
Perez-Steffy as CEO and General Manager. The company is in the process
of obtainng SBA Section
8(a) Certification.
